Viziwall — LED Walls, Next Level

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of LED wall screens, video walls, and related equipment and services provided by Nova Robotics EOOD, trading as Viziwall ("Viziwall", "we", "us"), to any customer ("Customer", "you") who requests a quotation, places an order, or otherwise engages our services.

By accepting a Viziwall quotation or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

1. Scope of Services

Viziwall provides the following services in connection with LED wall rental:

  • LED wall rental (supply of equipment)
  • Transport of equipment to and from the event venue
  • Installation
  • Commissioning (bringing the installed system into working order)
  • Technical support during the event
  • Dismantling
  • Removal of equipment from the venue

Audio systems and dynamic content changes (e.g. live content updates during the event) are excluded from the standard scope of services unless explicitly agreed in writing in the applicable quotation.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Where the exhibition organizer provides a hanging/rigging service required to install the equipment, the cost of that service is paid by the Customer, not by Viziwall.
  • The Customer must ensure the installation area is safe, level, and accessible for Viziwall's technicians and equipment.
  • The Customer must ensure an adequate electrical power supply is available at the installation site, matching the specifications confirmed in the quotation.
  • Media files (video/image content to be displayed) must be delivered to Viziwall at least seven (7) days before the event.
  • A Customer representative must be present on site during installation.
  • The Customer must provide two (2) exhibition passes for Viziwall's technicians where the venue requires passes for access.

3. Changes to the Agreed Scope

Any additional work requested beyond the agreed quotation requires the Customer's written approval and may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before the work is carried out.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices follow the quotation accepted by the Customer.
  • Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
  • Late payments are subject to interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Installation Requirements

The installation site must be ready — including vehicle access, a stable surface, and an adequate electrical supply — at least two (2) days before the scheduled installation date.

6. Technical Support

  • Installation is carried out by Viziwall or by approved subcontractors acting on Viziwall's behalf.
  • Where reasonably possible, a technician will be made available on-site within approximately two (2) hours of a support request during the event.
  • Additional services requested outside the agreed scope are chargeable.

7. Ownership & Insurance

  • All rented equipment remains the property of Viziwall at all times.
  • The Customer assumes risk of loss or damage to the equipment from the moment installation begins until dismantling is complete.
  • The Customer is responsible for insuring the equipment for the duration of the rental period, unless insurance is explicitly included in the accepted quotation.

8. Defects

Any defect in the equipment must be reported to Viziwall immediately upon discovery. Viziwall will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported defects within approximately two (2) hours where reasonably possible.

9. Liability

Viziwall's maximum liability under these Terms and any related quotation is limited to 100% of the net contract value of the relevant booking. Viziwall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, or failures of public infrastructure. The affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and both parties will work in good faith to minimize the impact.

11. Assignment

The Customer may not assign or transfer this agreement, or any rights or obligations under it, to a third party without Viziwall's prior written approval.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Viziwall website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nova Robotics EOOD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Viziwall name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in the Customer's country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
